Does this come with the transmitter piece?
NO, this is the replacement strap only.
How ofter should I replace the strap?
Straps can vary in life, if you wash the strap more frequently, this will wear down the life of the tranmitter, and result in weak transmissions to the receiver. We would suggest replacing the transmitter strap about every 8-12 months.
Can I just purchase the transmitter piece by itself?
At this time, the transmitter center piece is not available by itself, you will need to purchase the whole set.
